Many students are heading back to school and hitting the books in hopes of earning that precious piece of paper known as a college degree.
But according to The Los Angeles Times, the many students who earned a high school degree from Los Angeles Unified School District are having difficulty earning one from college. In fact, only 25 percent of Los Angeles students are able to graduate from college. What gives?
